What we collect

• Account information such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, and organization membership.
• Content you upload or create, including videos, captured frames, athlete names, notes, chats, and feedback.
• Subscription and billing status needed to determine access to paid features.
• Technical and security data such as device, browser, app logs, crash data, and abuse-prevention signals.
• Support requests and any information you send when contacting us.

How we use data

• To create and secure accounts, sign users in, and manage workspace access.
• To store coaching workspaces and return prior analyses, notes, and athlete context.
• To run AI analysis features using the text, images, and motion data you choose to submit.
• To provide billing access, customer support, product security, and service reliability.
• To investigate bugs, abuse, or misuse and improve app performance.

Auth providers and service providers

• We use Clerk for authentication and account/session management.
• We may use authentication providers you choose, including Sign in with Apple and email/password flows managed through Clerk.
• Uploaded analysis inputs may be processed by AI and infrastructure providers used to deliver the service.

Deletion and data requests

Users can delete their account inside the app from Account. Deleting an account removes access from shared workspaces and deletes personal workspaces associated with that account. Users can also request help by emailing support.
